We had an amazing time at this hotel! The cleanliness of the pool and property was outstanding, creating a peaceful atmosphere. The presence of numerous turtles in the garden added a unique touch to our stay. The location was absolutely perfect, allowing easy access to various attractions in this city. Additionally, the staff went above and beyond to fulfill our requests.

The pool and garden area were clean and well-maintained. It was really peaceful there too, and we saw lots of turtles around which was cool. The location was great, close to everything we wanted to see and do. One other thing we really appreciated was how the staff tried to help us out when we had questions or requests.
The communication with some of the staff was a bit difficult at first and made us feel unwelcome. , the lack of curtains for the windows on the upper floors meant that it was bright in our room all night which made it hard to sleep.

The property was really clean and peaceful, and we enjoyed spending time by the pool. One of the best things about the location was that there were lots of turtles in the garden, which was really fun! the key location was excellent, making it easy for us to explore the area.
During our stay, we didn't feel very welcome and had some difficulty communicating in English at first, but we eventually got used to it. On the negative side, there were no curtains or shutters for the windows on the third floor, which made it difficult to sleep at night.
